Refund & Returns Policy
At My Mini Market, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our items, please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalised 3D printed products
- Commissioned prints or modified designs
- Digital files or downloadable products
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
As many of our products are printed to order, slight layer lines or minor surface variations are considered normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not treated as defects.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
eBay Orders
For purchases made through our eBay store, returns and refunds may also be processed in accordance with eBay’s Buyer Protection policies and procedures.
